The villa is tastefully decorated and consists of a large living room in open connection with the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small utility room.
All rooms are nicely tiled including the large roofed terrace which leads out from the kitchen and functions as the main entrance area.
The terrace has a dining table, chairs and a comfy seating area, and the sliding windows make it suitable for use all year round.
The cozy living room has a fireplace and is furnished with a leather corner sofa and comfortable chairs.
A satellite system provides free view UK TV channels which can be viewed on a large flat screen. Also available are a DVD player, a music centre and wireless Internet access.

The American style kitchen contains a large dining area and is well-fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and all the equipment necessary for a stress free self catering break.
The large bedrooms all contain nice beds and wardrobes.
The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower and part of the room has been fitted up as a small study. The family bathroom has a shower.
The entire villa has air conditioning and central heating.
The small utility room has a separate entrance and provides a washing machine and sink unit.
Behind the villa is an area for ball games, a petanque court and a ‘primitive’ terrace perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets.

Macisvenda is a small friendly village with 3 bars where you can sample local snacks (tapas) or sit out in the evenings and watch the world go by accompanied by your favourite tipple
A small general store provides the basic essentials and on Monday mornings you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables on the local market.
A half hour drive will take you to the larger towns of Abanilla, Albatera, Aspe and the city of Elche. Here you can find all the large supermarkets, shopping and entertainment facilities you may need.
Other local towns just 10 minutes away are Hondon de los Frailes and Hondon de las Nieves. Both towns have markets, banks, small supermarkets, bars and restaurants a plenty and in Hondon de las Nieves, you can visit a large Bodega (winery) where you can taste and purchase the local wine. If you drive further into the country (approx. half an hour by car) you will reach the larger wine-producing towns of Yecla and Jumilla. Here you will also be able to visit the local Bodegas and sample their wine. |
