Booking terms and conditions

Advance bookings must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full rental price, with the remaining balance payable in full not less than one calendar month before the arrival date. Non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

If a reservation is made less than one month before the start of the booking, the full amount of the rental will be payable at the time of booking.

Any provisional reservations will be held for a maximum of two days, by which time a deposit must have been received.

We accept payments by PayPal or direct bank transfer and all payments will be acknowledged by email within two days of receipt.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refunds for cancellations.

The property booking shall be in the name of one person (who must be over 21 years of age) who shall be responsible for the actions of all members of their party. The names of all members of the party must be confirmed with the booking. Casa de las Viñas must not be occupied by more than the agreed number of persons.

The property may only be occupied for the purpose of a holiday and under no circumstances can the period booked be extended without the owners’ permission in writing.

If for any reason (eg fire, flood, severe damage) the owners need to cancel a confirmed booking the liability is limited to the return of any payments received.

Guests will be liable for the cost of any damage to the building or its contents or grounds during their stay. A €100 per week cash deposit will be required on arrival and refunded when guests vacate leaving the house and its contents in a satisfactory condition.

All bed linen, duvets and towels are provided. All utility charges are included in the rental.

No smoking within the house or terrace please. Sorry, no pets allowed.
